Tim Prete and his team are the reason I come back for both of my Fords to be serviced and/or repaired. He tells me inadvance if there is going to be downtime and provides the reason and the approximate time which is a great way for a someone in customer service to mananage expecting and deliver on his promise. Even when issue arise Tim takes complete ownership and finds a way to mitigate the issue being totally transparent and solution focused. He even arranged for a ride to my home because the guys had broke for lunch and he didn't want me to have to sit and wait around for several hours. He is extremely sharp and very customer centric and serves as a great Ambassador for Ken Grody Ford of Buena Park.
