Annette was wonderful, I was a drive up on this day for a routine service , she wrote up my vehicle and said it should be done in a certain time frame.
She call me when it was done and ready for pick. Once I arrived back at Ken Grody, she proceeded to go over what was done to my vehicle and then go over the inspection report. I was very satisfied with her assistance on this visit.

I was at Ford getting some touchup paint for my truck and I saw Raul he hollered at me were talking and I asked him to check my wife’s car cause we got a recall on the emergency brake but when you looked it up it wasn’t on her car. It was on my new truck and he took the truck in immediately and fixed the same day and I got it back. I’m very satisfied.
