The initial communication when vehicle was dropped off on Monday 11/6 was terrible, I did not hear anything until I called Thursday 11/9. Mario told me part needs to be order and will arrive on Monday 11/13.. I had to call Mario multiple times. Even Mario told me that he will call me back in three minutes and he never did. Definitely a really frustrated experience with service department this time. Communication got better tours the end after I express my frustration with another service representative.

Annette Gironta has provided excellent service she has worked with me since the first time of brought my 2022 Escape in. My only issue I have is with Ford manufacturer. I use my vehicle for my courier business and accumulated over 100K miles since Feb 2022. The hinge on the driver side door had broke at the weld. This should be consider a manufacture issue and should be warranted. I found out this is to be considered a recall and has been posted in August. Ford hasn’t found a solution for this malfunction. This does not coexist with your motto “Ford Tuff” Again the door jam does not have to do anything with mileage. I’m very dissatisfied with your policy.
