The wait time for my vehicle was absurd and I had an appointment. I don’t think waiting nearly 3 hours for “the works” package to be done on my vehicle is acceptable. It makes scheduling an appointment a complete waste of time, pointless and unnecessary. I will most likely take my car elsewhere for future routine maintenance or perform it myself as either choice will most definitely not take 3 hours.

After purchasing my new car on the 17th, I noticed the camera was not working properly. I went to service and was told to bring my car in on Monday. On Monday, I brought my car in, was driven to enterprise to rent a car, in which I had to wait for a very long time as they were busy. I then drove home, and a half hour later was contacted and told they did not have the part to fix my car and that I could come back and get it. I then had to go back to enterprise, return the rental, and wait for an employee who could drive me back to Ford. I then waited to get my car. The camera evidently is a recall on all explores. Enterprise had four explores, and would not rent any of them as they had the same recall. I firmly believe that the parts to fix this issue should have been looked into prior to me being scheduled an appointment and wasting an entire morning.
