Tim and everybody working with him were very efficient and helpful! And I expected my car would not be ready until the next day and it was ready in 3 hours!! Also Tim arranged for Enterprise Car rental to pick me up so I could rent a car right after I got to the dealership. As I said all the people at Ken Grody were friendly and helpful.
