Mario did assist me with covering my situation bc it ended up being not covered under warranty but he did not provide an option or estimate for my window until the 3rd time I asked and he did not inform me that my CarPlay diagnosis was not available until later this month until I called him back about it. Additionally, he seems to be somewhat inflexible with future service appointments and refused to actually make a future appointment time for my CarPlay and just provided the option of 2 different dates. I will most likely not use KG Ford again unless I have to

Tim was so helpful when I picked up my vehicle! He explained what areas were serviced on my car and explained what could wait until my next visit. He also shared that I should wait until the weather is cooler to change my wipers because the heat of the glass would burn the rubber. I never knew that before so I appreciated his insight.
