Diana Valenzuela was amazing with regard to her support, but she was let down with the service support. Even though my vehicle was there specifically for a repair to an item that was damaged during a previous visit.
The shop needs to be more transparent to the service advisors so they can ensure all parts are ordered and repaired that are damaged.

The oil change was fast and Mario was very helpful however, there was a question on my maintenance contract that was not answered. I was directed to talk to a finance manager whose name was Eddie. His attitude and his willingness to help was less than to be desired. I would have preferred to speak with Luis however, he was busy with clients.
