I can not comment on the actual service itself as it is not completed yet.
Raul was unimpressive. Makes little to no eye contact, stares at his computer the entire time. Has not followed up since dropping the expedition off yesterday in any way with either updates or if I got my rental like he stated he would
He hardly spoke to me and interacted with me
I know he has a lot to enter in the system but as my first time getting service with you and compared to my buying experience it was disappointing and very impersonal cold experience. I will be interested to see how the actual service work goes and the pick up process so far 4/10

Mario was great, my appointment was at 2:45 for an oil change and was there until 6 but after the wait time of 1 hour he was keeping me updated and made sure I was good, the communication and customer service is what really mattered at that point and he was on it, Mario did an excellent job in this situation, ?????????? all the way
