I’m very satisfied with Ken Gordy service. But I’m not happy with the way Ford accessories web site operating. I bought a keyless entry key pad from Ford website then bring it to Ford Ken Grody to install on my Maverick truck. But the technician could not install on my Maverick because the device was defects from the Ford online that shipped to me. I requested for a return but they don’t Honor my requested. That is bad business Ford is doing.
