The service representative was polite but for the last 3 service visits I have been told, we will service your brakes next time. This last time I asked why my brakes were not serviced and I was told they are not ready for that. Then I get a follow up email saying your company recommended I get my brakes serviced and I should schedule my appointment. Is Ken Gridy trying to do the minimum of the service warranty I purchased there and then try to charge me more later? Being polite to me but not fully servicing what I paid for doesn’t leave a good taste in my mouth.

They treated us very well and did a good job of repairing the damage that they had caused to our truck. They even detailed the truck for us. The only bad thing was when my husband went to drive it home there was a sensor problem which they promptly fixed. My husband was very impressed by the amount of time Ken Grody spent talking to him making sure he was completely satisfied with their service department.
