My truck has not been returned to us yet and we do not know the status of how the repair is going. There has been no communication from you since we bought it in on 1/2/24 to have damage repaired that your service department caused. So without having my truck returned to us in the condition that we initially brought it into you it is hard to give a honest and complete answer.

Apart from a 3 week wait for a simple oil change,diagnostic and estimate, which I partially understood as it was explained that a mechanic was out due to a death in the family, communication was lacking-several days lapsed between updates. Additionally, I requested a detailed estimate (breakdown for parts and labor) and was told that only gross estimates could be provided. I spoke with the parts department myself to obtain the pricing on parts as the service rep said the parts department would have that information. I also requested that the diagnostic be emailed to me and it never was. My requests went unacknowledged, and I feel this is probably because I am a woman with a kind demeanor. Overall, it was clear that I and my vehicle are insignificant to Ken Grody Ford. I will take my business to a neighboring dealer who at least have made me feel as if my business is valued.

You have a nice service area for waiting for car to be serviced. Only small comment that I can include is, I received a call that my car would be ready in one hour and we arrived for pickup after one hour. Upon arriving I was told my car was ready and would be pulling up soon. I waited another 10-15 minutes and service manager saw me and asked me if I needed help, I said yes my car! He said that the help we're on lunch? Another car pulled up and manager asked the driver to pull up my car.... Which he did in a few minutes.

I was thankful for the service I received from Tim. I'm a little bummed that despite me downloading and installing updates at home that the issue was I needed an update. But that's not their fault. That's more of a Ford issue that I may like to get in touch with someone about in the manufacturing side. But I'm thankful and happy with Tim's service. He was great!
