This was the second time that Annette Gironta was my service provider. She greeted me with a smile and polite and very professional. Within a few minutes she had my vehicle checked in. She asked if I would be dropping my vehicle off or was I going to wait until the service was completed. I stated I was going to wait for it. She personally escorted me to the waiting area and ask if I would like a fresh cup of coffee and showed me the snack machine. She is a credit to your Dealership and deserves my highest praise! All 5s or 10s in my opinion.
