Mario was absolutely great! 100% A++.. In detail, he thankfully got the part I’ve been waiting for, a month earlier than I thought Ralph had promised. He not only, thankfully got the part, he set me up with an appointment, got all set and got what I needed done, DONE!! Extremely thankful for his work and his service. Made appointment in advance. Was asked to drop off at 7am. No mention of needing vehicle more than a day. No call with update so called around 4pm. On hold for so long was asked if Annette could call me back. She finally called around 45 minutes later saying truck would not be ready. Told her I needed it back by noon next day. Picked it up and she seemed upset. Told backup camera issue not addressed and that I need to drop off for several days due to only tech for camera. Basically bad communication and failure to manage expectations.
