Annette was receptive to my needs and the needs of my car. The rental car was quick and easy on picking up and dropping off. My car is fixed and I’m very happy with the service I received from Annette and Ken Grody Ford.

Upon picking up my vehicle I noticed damage to my right passenger window tint. Someone or something scratched my window and the my window tint peeled off. When dropping off the vehicle my windows were perfectly fine. Now when picking it up I see damage. I called Raul and asked him what had happened because I didn't not give my car like that. He says he doesn't know that nobody was in the front passenger side of the car. I told him why would I damage my own car there is no NEED!! TOO.
I sent him pictures of the damage and still haven't heard back from RAUL. It's been 2 days now and I keep calling him and texting him and no response from him!! I am extremely mad because now I'm going to gave to waste my own money to fix my damage window tint out of my pocket. First of all who damages there own car I would never. If I would of know that Kend grody dealer would not pay for the damages why would I damage my car.
I am extremely upset at Raul he deserves 0 stars!!! He calls himself professional he's nothing but a stuck up clown two son of ****. Raul is the worst not answering my call or even bothering to give an explanation. All I got from him when called the first time was I don't know what happened nobody was working at the front passenger side. We'll were you there 24/7 while the mechanics were working on my car !??!?! No!!! Right! You were behind your desk . So don't come and tell me nobody was sitting on the front passenger side if you weren't actually there when they worked on my car.
I give Ken grody zero stars!! Never will I go back to that dealer to buy a car or get my service done. !!
