Took my new car in for a 10,000 mile service and when I left the axles started popping. Took it back so they could fix what they broke and then they broke the axle seal so I couldn’t get my car back that day. So I went in for a simple service and they destroyed my new car somehow.
Danielle went out of her way to resolve my issue and keep me informed. She definitely made a difficult situation as good as it could be. I watched her with other customers and she gave each one the same kind, patient and thorough attention. Take care of that girl. She represents you well
It took entirely too long to install new tires and complete a wheel alignment. No one bothered to monitor how long it was taking or inform me of the reason for the delay. I also feel that the warranty on the tires was not clearly explained before purchase. If that information had been shared prior to purchase and installation I would not have to buy them from your dealership. In the past I have always given excellent reviews of your service department and staff. I cannot say this was in anyway a positive experience.

This was my first time at this Toyota location, and I was paired with Alex. Alex was extremely kind, helpful, and personable. I expected the worst knowing I came in without an appointment, but Alex made my whole service experience great from start to finish. He set me up with the shuttle, gave me an accurate estimated time for my car to be finished, and had her ready for me after checking out at the cashier. Alex truly went above and beyond. Also, every worker present at the dealership this morning had excellent customer service. My babygirl is all fixed, shiny & new again. Thank you Alex, and thank you to the team at Toyota Redlands! I will be back for future service needs.
