Just disappointed that my very first servicing after buying the car, there's a nail in my RR tire and not repairable so need to buy a new tire $300.00. Bummer big time, that tire is only 5 months old.
We have had our vehicles serviced at Northridge Toyota since 2007 because we are satisfied with the service.

Bought my first truck from Stapp in 1994. Had all the service performed by Stapp service dept. my 2nd Toyota, a RAV 4 2019, bought elsewhere, but Stapp will have my business as long as I’m driving z Toyota’s.

the service took way too long
The Anderson staff and Mr. Chavez always perform excellently, as I expect. I text my appreciation and respond with 5 stars on the Toyota email satisfaction survey because I do not use Google or similar sites to express my service experience. I drive 6 hours round trip to Lake Havasu City instead of Phoenix or Yuma for my Toyota 4-Runner service & plan on that as long as the service remains exemplary.

Not really satisfied with quote for labor to install the mass flow air seso/meter. An explanation of why the labor was going to be $350 would be nice
