Service consultant Nelson is doing over and aboveve his services however what happens in the back is questionable they mess with car seats leave mirrors unadjusted and with fingerprints i dont understand small details let alone what other major details the workers mess with i know service consultant is good can do so much only harder to get good help this day

The technician Eric and one of the receptionists I spoke to were great! Accommodating as usual. But you’ve got another receptionist there not doing you any favors. She was rude to me when I spoke to her on the phone and hung up on my father. The service took longer than expected which was totally understandable, but when he called to be sure it wasn’t because there was more extensive damage than we expected, she was even more rude to him than she had been to me, which ended in her hanging up the call. I love the service you guys provide and had been bragging to my parents how great the customer service is prior to this experience, which is why we came here even though it costs more, but you may be advised to listen to the recording of that call, I doubt this is an isolated incident since she was rude to me as well.

Nickkie was great to work with. She was informed and professional. The prices are pretty high for a 12 year old car but I had a bad experience with a mechanic who messed up my brakes at a local garage. I just learned I have a very serious illness so if you don’t see my car there it has nothing to do with being displeased with the service.

The staff was good and easy to work with. Our car has been in 3 time the first time the incorrect part was ordered,then the fenders bumper joint was repaired and lasted 2 days. We had it repaired again yesterday and it has separated again.
