The time of service was way less than originally quoted. That was great. One touch (that we used to get from Markley when we owned a Honda) was a post-service wash - it wasn't detailed, but it was nice to drive away a car cleaner than when we brought it in.

Jonathan turned an initially negative experience to a positive. I ordered tires and made an appointment online; however this didn't show up in Hansel's system. Worse yet the tire sale had apparently ended yesterday. Nevertheless, Jonathan asked the manager to approve the price i was quoted. The tires i ordered had arrived although they didn't have my name on them. He told me, to my relief, that they could do the work today. The work was done when he promised. Jonathan was helpful and informative (about getting an alignment). He and other advisors will benefit from fixing the disconnect between the tire ordering platform and the dealer's system. I look forward to my next service at Hansel Toyota.
