I appreciated that when there was a miscommunication regarding what services were required on my car Jack quickly corrected the problem. He provided me a loaner car and credited my bill for the labor. I felt that was a generous way of correcting the mistake.

Michael did a great job as my service representative! I had some issues with my Rav after having it serviced Tuesday. He was very accommodating when I had to return Thursday and have other work done. I was very pleased at how I was treated. That is why I bring both of my Toyotas here and have for probably the last 10 years!!!
Leslie did a great job of ordering the part I needed for my car and keeping me apprised of when it arrived. Scheduling the appointment to have the mirror replaced was quick and the day of service only took an hour. Leslie is an expert in her field! I really appreciate the top-notch service she provided me.
