Josh and the Service Dept Mgr teamed up and resolved an issue with the oil filter housing and the oil drain plug that occurred on the previous 10000 mile service visit. The colleague who is next door and speaks terrible Spanish to serve the customers, I asked him something about the car wash and he answered me that that was not a detail I needed to go somewhere else. I think it's very bad, customer service, the customer only asks and should receive answers without rudeness. Poor service.

The service was fine but...when I dropped off my Tacoma and went inside Beaver Toyota, I told the technician in charge of my car that the last time I was at Beaver Toyota for my service that two of my tire pressure valve caps to my tires were not on my tires when I left. I did not know that until I got home and I did not call and tell anyone. I asked the technician if it was possible this time to get two valve caps or on this time to make things right and she indicated that it should be possible. Then when I left the lot I had to pick up my car outside in the rain and forgot to check the tires.... when I got home I only had one valve cap replaced and still had one tire missing the valve cap. Not a big deal, but I want to maintain my vehicle properly. Thanks for letting me vent.
Jarret is very attentive and seems genuinely concerned about the satisfaction of the customer. I would like to work with him in the future.

While Brooks finally gave me the service I would expect from a huge Toyota dealership everyone before he was involved was an utter failure.
Having a simple oil change and recall turn into you having to replace my headliner because your tech didn’t seem to care about my brand new car was one thing.
The fact that Barry couldn’t even remember he had my car, didn’t look it over after it was in for you to clean it and lying that he personally looked it over was probably the worst part. Actually worse than you actually getting grease in the headliner then running a hole in it when you tried to clean it.
By no means should this reflect badly on Brooks. He was the one person at your establishment that went far above and beyond to make the situation right. If I ever come to your dealership again it will be because of him.
If I could rate him alone it would be 10/10. Unfortunately he had a huge amount of prior screwups to fix.
