There was spilled in my engine, the oil filter wasn’t cleaned properly. 2 screws were left loose. My bottom engine cover was left dangling.
I’ve been coming here for years, and this lack of incompetence from the tech felt intentional. Or not trained properly.

I was very disappointed when I tried to pick up my car after service. However, I waited MORE THAN 30 minutes after I paid the service. I did not know why it was taking too long. I even asked service inside why is my vehicle not available and no one came to me for an update that they were still looking for my keys. After a while, one of your service reps found my keys behind the printer area.
I did not like my experience for this service because I was late for my next appointment after not getting my car in a timely matter. Also, your service representative, Ernesto Gil is very difficult to understand. Please advise him he can improve by having clearer speech. Sometimes I cannot hear what he’s saying and it ends up mumbling his words.

Extremely disappointed with the service at Covina Kia over the last 3 1/2 weeks, particularly with the associate that was holding my car issues (Erik Perez) Lack of communication and a failure to disclose necessary repairs lead to an overall horrible experience with Covina Kia. Engine was swapped and 10 seconds after driving off your lot, my engine light was on. Turns out the O2 Sensor you charged me for is still giving off the same code that caused you guys to swap out the previous O2 sensor in the first place. Unfortunately, this means, I'll have to return to you store and possibly continue with the horrible customer service that your store has provided me with over the last 3 1/2 weeks. Hopefully, I'll deal with a different associate. Fingers crossed. If anyone contacts me, I ask that it be anybody other than Erik Perez. Thank you

The dealership informed me that my car was going to be returned without a car wash but with my windows cleaned and car vacuumed. It was returned without cleaned windows or vacuumed
