The worst service I have ever received my car sat in the service department for 2 1/2 weeks with no update throughout when I only brought it in to get it diagnosed nothing complicated

After receiving our car back later than what was estimated, we were told that the air conditioner was working at above standard. Not only did we know that was not the case, but we had to drive straight from the dealership to Neveda for a funeral in 105+ degree heat with substandard air conditioning performance. On our return a few days later we had to experience 110-degree heat without air conditioning blowing any semblance of cold air. The day after we returned, we brought the car to Garden Grove KIA for a second opinion and it found a leak in the censor and fixed it under warranty and replaced the freon. I will let you grade yourself based on the facts.

Wait times on hold to speak with a service agent are ridiculous. Waited on hold 20 minutes at times before hanging up and just driving down to your location. This happened several times. I made it known I wanted the multi switch recall done when I dropped off the vehicle, but the part was not ordered right away. Even though you had my vehicle for 10 days, I still had to schedule another appointment to come back and have the service done. This was not very professional. I had removed the rear seat to diagnose the fuel line leak, and I brought the car to you with it removed thinking I would save you the trouble of having to take it out yourself. The car was returned to me without putting the seat back in. Would have been courteous to at least ask if I wanted it in or out. It is these little things that have made me decide I will not be bringing my car to you any more.

Danielle was great and extremely helpful! The one thing I would’ve loved was if they had ordered the correct tire mobility kit(recall) when it first was ordered. This is the 3rd time they’ve had to order it as my car is a GT Line and it’s a bit frustrating. I would think they would know which model of car they are ordering for…But I’m happy that I will be getting the correct one soon. I did get two new tires and was happy she found a coupon for me. However the rims seem to have some wax or something and look very dirty for the tires that were maybe rotated? I’m not sure but it that is within normal then I would’ve like to know but rims on one of the tires look dirty and encrusted with something. I thought it was scraped up but I have to look closer. It seems like some wax. I was surprised to see that. I thought at least, the rims would have been polished and looking good. Not sure why that is. I did really appreciate Danielle’s service and I can tell the dealership did change owners. Far better service.
