Service took way too long. The staff who move the cars seem to move in slow motion. Never seen that at a dealership before. There seems to be no sense of urgency.

Had 7am appointment... I was the 3rd person in the Service Area. Oil change and tire rotation wasn't completed until 930 am... Far too long for that to be completed...
Also, no carwash due to whatever restrictions the city has. Michelle offered to have my windows cleaned and interior vacuumed, I declined the offer .. I didn't have time for them to do it ..
Recently moved to Glendora, was looking for a close, reliable dealership... Unfortunately, not happy with the experience...
Looks like I'll have to drive to Kia of Cerritos for future maintenance...

I had the pleasure of working with Eric Perez, and I can confidently say they are one of the best in the business. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I fully understood the service process from start to finish.
What stood out the most was their communication—regular updates, honest timelines, and no surprises. They coordinated with the technicians seamlessly and went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was taken care of promptly and properly.
It's rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such strong customer service skills. I left feeling confident, respected, and appreciated. Eric Perez is a true asset to the team, and I wouldn’t trust my vehicle with anyone else!

Michael was great. Service did not clean the windows as stated from text. They did not have the part to fix the windshield wiper fluid issue. However, they did complete the task in a timely manner.

Was not told how long I would be waiting and waited more than two hrs for an oil change. My car was not brought to me and instead had to go get my car from the lot. Been going to Covina Kia for years even before buying my Forte and had nkt experienced that.
