I had a scheduled appointment for the trunk latch recall. Left work 2 hours early to get to my appointment. Dropped off car, and then received a call that they didn't have the parts. 2 hours later I received my car with no work done to it. 2 hrs loss of work a 2 hrs wasted of my time.

Eric provided excellent service and kept me informed throughout the process of repairing my vehicle. When I arrived, Eric explained everything thoroughly, and when I picked up my vehicle, Eric explained what had been worked on my vehicle and other maintenance I should look out for. Overall, a great experience.

They don't respect my maintenance contract and the maintenance service couldn't be performed, causing me to waste time and gas. On Monday I'll talk to someone who can help me.
