The car wash was terrible and then they scratched a piece on my car on the inside I noticed when I drove off, I called and left a message and no one called me back.

Adrian and the rest of your customer contact staff are wonderful. My time spent waiting is minimal as clearly your technicians are very good as well. I very much appreciate that no one has ever tried to sell me more anything.
