I have repeatedly asked for my tire pressures to be checked and corrected to manufacturers recommended pressures. Adrian is not to blame as he took vehicle back for 3rd attempts and vehicle was still returned with 37 lbs all the way around. I am waiting until we are in Tyler again to bring vehicle back as it is 60 miles round trip

Just every time I go for an oil change I always need something else done. When I ask about my warranty to see if anything is covered he always says no. I haven't had my vehicle for a year yet and having minor issues that's not covered under my warranry.

My vehicle was towed there by Crow Towing and was told by Tyler that it's be done at no cost. When the vehicle was picked up, I was charged at total of $375. $140 for the diagnostic (which was expected), but was told that a tow statement had also been left. It was paid, but things of this nature should be discussed in details and not just told "We'll be able to help with your tow.." and also told by a Kia employee at that time that Tyler was familiar with Peltier Kia and knew the process. So there was some misinformed information between the tow compnay and Kia, that was never relayed back to me as the compnay.

I made the appointment and explained all what I needed done and still had to wait for 2 hours just for the oil change! Recalls weren’t taken care of and the parking brake was not fixed! I was told that my parking brake was not under warranty because it was broken, so you tell me how to disassemble the center console to break the parking brake? Then the lady tells me oh the manager said to order the parts and they will fix it! I was offered a ride home but the lady said I live 2.6 miles out of the area! Funny how my mileage is on 1 mile over! To many lies in 1 visit and it will be my last visit with your dealership! I have a 2019 Sportage turbo with only 25k miles and I broke the parking brake? It’s a push button brake and if you inspect my car it’s clean and well taken care of and no damage to any button on the inside! But the manager said he will fix it! Yeah maybe because he wants to keep his job and look like the hero but really? You can’t fool with a woman who knows her sh*t nice try mr nice guy!
