The service department was not warm and fuzzy. I felt like I was an inconvenience. Didn't feel professional. Mostly it was the woman at the front. The other people were warm.

I have no complaints concerning the repair work completed but I do have complaints concerning the inconvenience of not having a loaner vehicle available for the period of time that the repairs took. (3weejs)
Overall I am satisfied as to the complete service.

My Tpms light came on, took to Kia dealer, spend 275.00 and the light is still on. Call them back to let them know and they still haven’t return my call. So sad nobody there have try to reach out. I need to talk to some one. I been coming there for over 10 years . Just bad service

Jeramine was the best! So honest and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my services. He explained everything in a way I would understand and broke down everything. Even though it’s a drive I will be coming here for all my future work.

Jonathan, was overall awesome! He was the only person willing to take in my car when no there dealer wanted to “or had no space/availability” to take it in. Mind you my car had the check engine light on. Jonathan said, “bring it in I’ll take care of it for you” without hesitation. I took it in expecting not to get it back within 4-5 days but Jonathan was able to get it looked at the SAME DAY & I had my car back the next day! His customer service & kindness surpasses any other! Thank you so much Jonathan.
