Kia covina will not submit a tech line ticket woth corporate. My vehicle has been their 3 different times. I have a brand new vehicle and should not have to be wasting my time taking it so much. The manager should not be relling me there is nothing they can do until it brakes down. That is false information. Kia needs to reach out to me to resolve this issue

I had a great experience at the service center George was very friendly ,helpful and explained everything clearly. The service was done on time , and I felt well taken care of. Thank you sooooo much.

Guillermo was completely professional, courteous, and patient with me when checking in my car and explaining the services that was going to be done to my car. I appreciate the time he spent with me to make sure I understood what was being done. Plus, the services done to my car were completed within 2 hours, which is quick and convenient.
