I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Kia dealership in Covina. I scheduled my visit with the expectation of an inspection for my malfunctioning wipe fluid and was told it would take about an hour to two hours. Instead, I ended up waiting almost three hours, only to find out that my car had been sitting idle the entire time because someone forgot to send it in for inspection. The lack of communication and coordination among the staff was frustrating and unacceptable. Not only did this delay waste my time, but it also caused me to miss important work commitments. When I finally inquired about the delay, no one had a clear answer until someone eventually discovered the oversight. I expect a much higher level of professionalism and accountability from any dealership. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling completely disregarded as a customer. I will seriously reconsider returning to this location in the future.

George is the best .Always never fails to give great customer service. He makes sure that my car is taken cared of. He explains very well what is needed to be done in my car. He offers coffee and snacks. He gives me update and good coordination with his colleagues to provide transportation. Thank you so much George Kasem

Guillermo was very courteous and informative as to what my car was being taken care for today. He explained what was going to be done and the time line based on the cars that were in line for a service. He is a very good service guy and plan to ask for him on my next visit.
