Josh wasn’t always honest with us about the status of our vehicle repairs. It seemed we were more of a bother. He would make promises to call us back but we would have to continue to call him to get information about our car.

This was our first dealing with your dealership since taking possession of my mother in law’s Kia since her passing. Katie was extremely helpful and pleasant when updating our information, explaining the recommended service, and processing payment. The service was fast and good but they failed to ensure that they put stuff back together. They replaced a part for my heater but did not put the glove box back together. Everything fell on floor out of it when I opened it

Brian is always friendly and makes sure that the service is quick and explains everything that is going to be done. He also goes over all the services that were completed before I pay my bill.

My car had made a noise I had never heard before. As it turned out, after talking to the Service Department, they figured out it was the anti lock breaks. They checked the car out and said I was good to go! I bought my car from Crown KIA, now Peltier, and wouldn’t take it any where else!
