I was satisfied with my service but I got a text saying I would get a video of the service performed but I never got it. Also in the past I never made an appointment and always waited about an hour for completion of my service. This time I did have an appointment but it didn’t seem to make any difference in my wait time.

When I called Kia before taking my car I asked if I had to pay for them to check it over. I was told no. That it is still under warranty. Then I go to pick up my car the next day they were charging me $149.00. They were not honest. I would rather take my business else where when treated that way. This bumper to bumper warranty is all crap. They don’t go into details saying that the battery isn’t covered after 36000 miles. Just very upsetting when I’m paying on a vehicle that’s only a year old and already having trouble.
