Russell did not do his job. Instead of telling me what I need to fix on my car to stop the noise he just said they only heard a small noise when slowing down.. n if u hit the brakes hard the noise will become a problem n that’s not even the case…

Other than staff not wearing masks most of the time, my experience was pretty good. Russell was great!

They made my day having it ready was amazing.i couldn't find a rental car anywhere. It looks like I'll have to bring it back. Kia dealership was nice and friendly. My car is just weird. I have to have my car because my older brother fell and shattered his hip. I've got to have a car to all his visits for PT and Drs appointment's. I must make sure I can take him

They were very professional and friendly. Great service and my car was done before the delivery time they gave me plus they washed my car!! That was fantastic and she looked beautiful.???? We ended up joking with other customers and the advisors...refreshing with all the junk going on in the world. And I got to see my favorite salesman Pa!!
