Did not call me to tell me my tire that I payed for on the 21st I just found out a couple of days ago. He said my tire would be in in a couple of days and never called me. He told me that the mechanics put the right air pressure on my tires and I leave and the tire pressure on all 4 tires and they were all different they were at 44 one and the other was 39, the others were 38 then I come back to tell him about it and he said ok leave your car again and I’ll have them fix that. I leave again and he tells me that they checked it out and was fine and it was the same . And I said fine. I drive off and I told him it was the same so he said there ok you have to drive it around 4 miles and it would fix it self, I drove it 11 miles and it was the same. When I called the first time when I found out they had my tire and asked him if I can come in that day and he said no I had to come in a couple of days later, I figured that the least he could do was give me an appointment the next day and said no . I’m sorry to complain about this but I was upset. But I think that Wesley is such a nice person and I asked for him but he wasn’t there and they told me to call you and you would take care of this. I thank you so much for being understanding and your taking care of this problem.

I couldn’t understand why an oil change took almost 2hours that was unacceptable

My service advisor but I was given to Karen today … she checked me in … I told her I needed to show her a problem with my car when I checkout … tape around the tape around window buckling up again .. I walked out side for a bit and my car was sitting there … no one came to get me to let me know it was ready ..when I checked in Karen told me 1 45 min … j Karen was no where to be found …. It was ready in 1 hr .. just wondering if everything was done efficiently…Mike checked me out and I asked if my car was washed.. His answer “I believe so “ My car right side wet , left side dirty …. Unbelievable

The service person that took my car to the back and gave my wife a service ticket was very unprofessional. But the person at the counter was very nice and professional.

I felt very welcomed. Especially since it was my first time.

I bought my car from you guys and always have gotten my alternatives from you guys but for some reason this time when my wife took the vehicle she requested a ride home but she was told that they don't do that for oil changes but in the past I have been given a shuttle ride home that was very unconvincing. She had to wait around for almost 2 hours. Other places give your shuttles rides no questions asked

Adrian has been one of the better service advisors in the 13 years i have owned Sorentos. The only other really good one is now the service manager at my first KIA dealership. Adrian is easy to talk to and very helpful and informative.
