Made an appointment for service on Wednesday at 12 noon. I called at 4PM and they hadn’t even looked at my car yet. What is the point to make an appointment.
I was without my vehicle for 2 days. If they didn’t have time for my car they should have told me, so I could come back another time. This is a big issue related to customer service.

I am always pleased with the service department, especially with Gene. He is courteous and friendly while making sure he knows what service is needed on the vehicle.

Mike is always a pleasure and he really takes care of his clients he’s very courteous and really shows great customer services I really like going to the dealership because I know that everyone’s gonna treat me really good and they really cater to the clients Mike It’s very accommodating and Ian exceptionable individual.
