Terrible customer service. The vehicle had a 10:00 appointment. It was checked in 15 minutes early. A simple oil change and tire rotation. The vehicle was completed about 15:00. A total of five hours waiting time. A waste of my time, 5 hours. This task with a scheduled appointment should had been no more than 45 minutes. Completely ridiculous time management on service members and mechanics. I hope this makes it to Mr. Timbrook so he can make changes to the garage department.

I humbly appreciate my service at Peltier Kia, and Ashley Taylor was very kind and courteous from the moment I arrived. What stood out the most about Ashley’s performance is when she explained every detail inspection that was done on my vehicle, she did this so nicely, I don’t think anyone could have done it better. Thank you Ashley for making my day brighter, and keeping me smiling!

Was a fast and easy process. James also got me a a ride home and then they delivered my car to me after it was done. And it was washed and cleaned up too
