Michael was kind, gracious and helpful throughout the month long process of getting my car fixed, even when I was very upset about warranty circumstances that were beyond his control. He took ownership of a difficult situation, anticipated my needs all throughout the process, and played a vital role in restoring my confidence in the Kia brand; I will now be a Kia customer for life.
