The car was ready in 2 hours, exactly as promised and that's a big plus! Would be nice if we could get discount coupons for future service and repairs but I understand dealerships have been hit extra hard by the pandemic, but it would encourage us to continue coming back to the dealerships instead of going elsewhere

Took almost 2 hrs to change my oil and then I was expecting to at least get it vacuumed. They do thst at all the other oil change places. Just feel like dealership could have done a little extra since I had to wait 2 hrs. Now I didn’t have an appointment but was told when I bought the car, by the management team, that I didn’t require an appointment so I just did as I was instructed.
Also I had a question and was told by a salesman to go to the Toyota dealership and ask them. I bought the car from you, not them. Feel like after paying almost $50,000 for a car that so done would try a little harder to answer my questions, not tell me to go to another dealership.

I was told my engine had ceased, there was no oil. Could not explain why no low oil indicator light had come on. I was advised car wasn’t worth repairing. Said they couldn’t look inside engine to figure out why. Car was bought and serviced at lifetime Kia.
