I think one and a half hour oil change was unexpected. If there was a shortage of help I think one would know that in the morning and contact customers. And not apologize for the delay but for black folk in waiting room with unruly kids was kinda lame. Thats all. Good day.

My car is Great!! Matt was very pleasant to work with; he brought me home and come back for me. Our life’s path is very similar; he was very Open in talking to me. Nice to see I am not the only one that’s a mess!! He was very Nice to me!! I Love my car, I drove Lexus’s for years, this Kia does everything my Lexus did!! Thanks!!
