Ashley was very courteous, friendly and professional. I had made an appointment for my maintenance and was met as soon as I drove in. Ashley explained everything to me and then directed me to the waiting area. She also explained the offer of a shuttle to my home if I did not want to wait.

It took longer than normal, apparently someone had called in that day, however I paid for the maintenance package and expect to be top priority when I come especially when I had an appointment.
