Adrian was attentive and professional in keeping me posted on the progress. Parts had to order a tire that would be delivered the next day so I had to return. Adrian handled my open ticket promptly. Good Job!

Our scheduled appointment was not entered into KW Kia's computer, but they took our vehicle in anyway and performed recall maintenance as well as lube, oil & filter change due.

Adrian is one of the best service reps at the dealership
He comes out and explains to you on what needs to be repaired on your vehicle and tries to give you the best price on what it will cost you. Just a super nice person to work with I hope Adrian stays around
