Abigail Was Professional During The Entire Process.

Alexandra was polite, professional and went above and beyond. Alexandra arranged a ride home for me after being advised on the status of needed repairs because a loaner car was unavailable. The following day she contacted me on the availability of a car and had all the paper work ready. My repairs were done two days later which was what she advised initially. When Alexandra called to tell me the car was repaired I advised her that my repairs were going to be covered by insurance and that the adjuster was going to contact Matt Blatt and me and that I would keep her informed. When I did not hear from the adjuster I called Alexandra to learn whether or not the adjuster contacted Matt Blatt and she advised NO and offered to contact the adjuster herself. Alexandra contacted the insurance adjuster and resolved everything and called me to advise everything was done and the car was ready for pick up.
