I was very dissatisfied with the service, I hope I don't have to go back to that place. I found it to be an unprofessional and very unresponsible service. They offered me a service of an hour and a half to a maximum of two hours and I stayed almost five hours and only received half of the service.

The guy who worked on my car kept me informed with what they were doing and where they were on the time line. The staff was most helpful with me I had my daughter take the car to Peltier and she had her 4 year old son with her and they provided snacks. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful.

Abigail was awesome! She greeted me promptly and discussed the services my car needed. Everything was done quickly and she took the time to explain everything that was done on the car. She has terrific communications skills and was very focused on making sure I was completely satisfied with the service provided. Thanks for the great service, I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend Matt Blatt for service and sales.

Car wash was not very good. Check in procedure was good as was the checkout. Waiting area was also good.

I was extremely satisfied while getting the oil changed at the Longview Kia dealership. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I felt welcome and valued as a customer. I have had several occasions to visit the service department since I bought my car and I have always been made to feel completely welcomed and have always left totally satisfied with the help I received.
