The lady who checked me said they were going to vacuum my car. It definitely was not vacuumed. After an hour and a half wait, I guess I just looked forward to it being vacuumed.

I made an appointment. I was told to drop off my car before 4pm and that there were going to need lots of hours to work on it. I left it over night. I had to get a ride to work. The next day I get a call that my car had been inspected and parts had to be order and they’ll let me know when the parts are in. I think I should’ve been told it was going to be inspected first not that it was going to get fixed. I couldn’t renew my vehicle’s tags without doing some recall DMV requested.communication with customer needs to be clear for less inconveniences.
