Oil change was extremely high in price. I get emails from Matt Blatt quite often, but none that mentioned the fact the the oil changes prices would be going up, due to having to use fully synthetic oil. Not a nice surprise!

I have been to Crowley Kia a number of times and each time it gets better and better! The service staff there is totally amazing! I cannot say enough about Brian, he is there to help you out whenever he can. He is kind and caring. He will help you with any questions, setting appointments or giving ideas on what could be done to make your car better without trying to sell any other products! Scott the man in charge will always be friendly and will help you in any way, he has the department working with customers in a perfect way. Ashly is a added plus to the business!! She knows the situation and handles it with care. Erin, a new employee there, fits in like a glove! I called back with a question after my morning appointment and she wasted no time in finding the answer for me. I do enjoy going to the Crowley Kia Service Department and will be back if I ever need to. Thank you all very much!!!

My appt. was at 10. I called to say I was stuck in line to pick up prescription, and would’ve be there asap. Got there at 10:20, and didn’t start looking at my car until close to lunchtime, I’m quite sure. Didn’t get thru til 1:40 or so, and I skipped the car wash. Not happy.

Great job service was terrific my only issue was the significant change in price for the oil change. I mean $89 for just an oil change is a lot of money and with other inflation issues at the moment I have to look for a less expensive alternative, I don't want too but I may not have any other choice if I want my vehicle to continue to receive service and stay in top working order i have to find a way to get my vehicle serviced that I can afford the next service I want to get done is the transmission oil replaced but that service is $200 that is a lot of money for me and more than $100 more in cost than I could get done elsewhere. Again I love your service its just your prices I have trouble with and are forcing me to go elsewhere I understand price increase for superior products but this is too much for me. In the end I don't care how nice and polite and likeable your staff is i only care about the work and keeping my vehicle in top shape for a price I can afford end of story because of the super high prices your now charging and the cost of living in today's world I have a family to care for most importantly my little girl which means I need to find a less expensive way to service the vehicle so I can put my money into caring for my family especially her thanks again your service was great just can't afford it

Works fast! Kept me posted on what was going on with my car with total repair cost. EXTREMELY POLITE even as tired as I was from a long day's work. Thanks Aristeo!!!! We need more people in this world like YOU!!!! You certainly lift my spirits.
