Our car was at Kia for 3 weeks. We got minimal updates, no replies to messages or voicemails, and had to drive over to get an update. Despite making multiple requests for a loaner car we got no correspondence apart from being told “ xyz” will reach out to you. Overall it was a highly frustrating and disappointing experience. The car was also returned dirty with the foot mats being out of position and a really bad smell inside the car.

George provided excellent customer service and provided timely updates on vehicle. I was disappointed that the technician failed to re-install the cabin air filter. I didn’t notice it until I drove away and the clips that hold the glove box up came falling off my dashboard. I understand they wanted to inform me that the cabin air filter needed to be replaced, which I declined as I could do it myself, but put it back prior to having the car ready for me. I decided not turn back and go to the dealer as I had already spent over 3 hours waiting for my service to be completed. Thank you.

Michael is one busy guy he took my service contract quickly - I signed in and then got my car numbers and my contract to sign it was done in minutes. KIA then messages you and lets you know quickly when your car is finished. Within hours my routine maintenance was finished and upon picking up my car… Michael gave me a voucher for free car wash at the nearby gas station win win!
