Thank you Alberto & service techs. Our Kia Soul has been serviced by Covina Valley Kia since it was new in 2010. It stills runs great, looks good, & has been very reliable.
I’m 82 years old & appreciate the customer seating in the service advisor
area. The outside bench is also good to have. I sat on both today.
We also love our Sportage, which you have serviced since new.

The service center in Covina were extremely attentive and genuinely caring about getting the job done. They were very friendly and kept me updated with the progress. It was supposed to be a multiple day job, but I truly believe they worked hard to get it done as soon as they could. Really appreciate Covina Kia. Pay them more.

It would’ve been nice to get an update or Courtesy call every once in a while. You guys had my car for two weeks and never called me once to inform me on what was being done, I had to call to get any information and it shouldn’t be that way
