I brung my car in for to get the recalls done and diagnose for brake problems I Declined service to keep the brakes to just do recall I go to get car back now engine light on and car won’t accelerate because service never go to Kia of Bedford

My experience was nothing but positive. Even being short staffed, Brian made the extra effort to get my vehicle in and repaired as soon as I called and told him I had a problem with it. He fit it in an already full schedule to get the repair done, all the while, keeping me updated on the progress. Thank you so much Brian, for being professional, courteous and so caring.
