Mike Connelly is awesome! I appreciate him and all that he does to make coming along the way from Chino to Covina. Yes it’s a little far compared to Pomona Kia, but I like the service from Covina Kia better as the parts Dept is more knowledgeable than parts Dept in Pomona. Mike in Service works hard to make sure I’m happy each time I bring my car in.

Michael really helped get all the repairs taken care of promptly and was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely recommend Covina Valley kia to all and this is the only place that I will bring my car for service.

Should not have to wait 3 hours for an oil change when it already costs 120 dollars lol Jonathan was awesome and their isn't much he could have done about the repair time

Your Service Manager, Scott provides the most excellent service I have ever received at a dealership. He is the sole reason that I recommend Crowley KIA to everyone I know as well as the reason why I will continue to purchase all of my cars from Crowley KIA. He is the BEST!!
