I brought my 2019 dodge charger in needing brakes. They are worse now studdering and my steering wheel is shaking!!!! I will not be using Matt Blatt again unless Rich Reid is working on my car.

The reason I am not completely satisfied is they asked me did I want a wash and I said yes that they owed me a detail from when I purchased the truck and it wasn’t done. The wash was ok however the interior looked like someone used maybe a hand vacuum or something that would not pick up very good. Also the steering wheel felt greasy and the dash and etc was not done either. This is why I am not satisfied.

I made an appointment on a Monday for an oil change and have minor scratches repaired (because I was told the guy who does it is only there on Mondays) to find out he wasn’t there. The lady (who was very nice and I understand it wasn’t her fault) told me they don’t really know when he is going to show up or what his work load is and basically told me to drop off my car on a Monday and hope he was there and he could fix it. I live 40 minutes away and need my car for work and you aren’t able to make an appointment for this. I paid for the package to have this minor exterior and interior damages repaired and if I knew it was going to this difficult I would’ve saved the money and went without it. Also my driver side door is not shutting correctly since the oil change. Not happy.

My parents took my car in to get serviced and air up the tires. We were told when we got it that it had a special type of air I can't think of it at the moment. Turns out it was just regular air. The guy cocked an attitude with my dad about the tires. Definitely not satisfied.

Happy with service til now, charged $ 160.46 for service, Main reason I came in, light was on, they checked tire pressure, said light will go out, still light on, drove home to Somers Point, still on, I need to bring back. Katie was super nice to me.

Spell found my Kia with state inspection that tent that y’all put on then try to get it resolved and the service manager told me it was my problem even though y’all put it on so now I get stuck having to pay to get my windows read tintented
