The repair took too long. Constantly had to call to check on the status of the vehicle. Requested pictures for insurance, but never received. Will go elsewhere for next Kia repair.

Damion has been so respectful and professional whenever I’ve been in the dealership.
Always explains everything in detail and always makes sure I’m completely satisfied with the services performed.

James is always professional and goes out of his way to deliver excellent service. The atmosphere at KIA of Bedford seems to have shifted over the past two years into less of a “hustle” and more of a service oriented dealership and I am glad to see that.
